If you are having trouble (e.g. sound too low) then technical help is available on 8267 2657 from 9:45am to 11:15am on Sunday. Outside of these hours leave a message on the answering machine and your call will be returned. Please note that the video starts at 9:45am but the sound is muted until the music starts just before 10am.
