The Sunday School is held during the service each Sunday in the hall beneath the church and all children are invited to participate. The children generally move downstairs with the Sunday School teachers through the door at the front of the church after the children's talk.

There are usually three classes divided by age

  • Kindy Class - This class is for pre-school children but toddlers and babies are also welcome, so if you have a little one that is not settled in church you are welcome to come downstairs so they can play in the Kindy area. Feel free to come and go to suit the needs of your child.
  • Beginner's Class - for children who have begun school up to eight years of age
  • Primary Class - for children eight to twelve years of age

For very young children there are soft toys, toys, books and drawing materials along with room for pushers in an area at the rear of the church instead of Sunday School.

During school holidays classes may be combined. There is usually no Sunday School on Christmas Day and Easter Sunday.

if your child is visiting or new to Sunday School, you might like to accompany your child downstairs regardless of their age.

Youth

All youth (13 years and up) are invited to meet after worship to discuss worship, life and faith.
