Brougham Place Uniting Church is looking for a person with christian values who shares the ethos of the Uniting Church in Australia, to work in the church office supporting the Minister, congregation and community. This position will suit a people focused, experienced and independent administrator looking for a part time role.
Tasks include:
- Managing incoming phone & personal enquiries
- Preparing paperwork and flyers
- Assisting with weddings, baptisms and funerals
- Book keeping using MYOB, including a small payroll
- General administration
- Development of databases
- Organisation of in house catering
A genuine concern for all people, energy and a positive attitude are essential to this role. If you have initiative, excellent organisational skills, intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications, including publisher and MYOB, this is the role for you.
